This is easy! It's that crazy preacher from the remake of " The Blob ". I can't believe nobody got that!
I believe it the movie "Blob"...sometime in the 90's..I also believe it was the last rendition of the cult classic.
Dude, what was the last one? I was thinking Zombi 2.
